Loyalty and Online-Ordering Terms

Coffee loyalty card

An eligible coffee order earns progress on the customer’s loyalty card. The 5th eligible coffee receives 10% off. The 10th eligible coffee is free, subject to the app’s displayed eligibility rules. The free reward applies to standard coffees only and does not apply to signature drinks, frappes, teas, food, paid extras or other excluded products.

Wallet points

Wallet points are calculated only from the amount actually charged to the customer’s card. One whole point is shown for each whole NZ dollar paid by card. A free coffee and any amount paid using rewards earn no wallet points. Every 200 eligible points unlocks NZ$10 of app wallet credit.

Using rewards

Rewards and wallet credit have no cash value, cannot be transferred between accounts, and can be used only at The Daily Meetery through the available app checkout. Discounts and rewards cannot be combined unless the app specifically allows it.

Orders and payments

Menu availability and prices shown at final checkout apply to the order. Card payments are processed securely by Stripe. An order is accepted when the app displays an order confirmation. If payment succeeds but confirmation fails, contact the café immediately so we can check the payment and order.

Cancellations, mistakes and refunds

Because preparation may begin immediately, contact the café as soon as possible about an order mistake or cancellation. Nothing in these terms limits rights available under New Zealand consumer law.

Fair use

Accounts and rewards are for genuine customer use. We may correct balances affected by duplicate processing, technical errors, unauthorised access or misuse. We will not remove legitimately earned benefits without a valid reason.

Changes

We may update the programme or these terms for future activity. Material changes will be shown in the app or otherwise communicated where reasonably practical. Benefits already validly earned will be treated fairly.
